Coverage Area - USA*American Adjusters services nearly all of Oregon, parts of Southern Washington and Northern California, Mileage fees do apply in rural areas but most population centers are within our normal coverage area. We currently have storage facilities in or near Portland/Vancouver, Salem, Eugene, Roseburg, Medford, Klamath Falls, Bend and Hermiston.  USA*American Adjusters, Inc. is the only Oregon based repossession agency licensed to repossess in California. We service many of the remote locations near the Oregon, California border.

Convenience - Lenders have online access to accounts throughout the repossession, storage and remarketing process. If assignments have multiple addresses across Oregon, we have agents nearby. If you need a vehicle repossessed in Oregon, we can handle the entire process and you will save money, aggravation and time.

Price - USA*American Adjusters, Inc. utilizes the latest in technology in towing equipment, License Plate Recognition, Online Communications and Investigation, we carry the maximum insurance available in the industry, so our expenses tend to be higher than others. However our fees are competitive on a local and national level. If you chose to utilize our service throughout the process you should see significant savings on the cost of the entire process. 

Protection - USA*American Adjusters is a member of Recovery Specialist Insurance Group (RSIG). We are insured by Zurich American Insurance agency for $1,000,000.00 Direct Primary General Liability Coverage including wrongful repossession with an additional $2,000,000 Excess Coverage.  We are also covered for $1,000,000.00 Commercial Crime Coverage (Employee Dishonesty Bond) by Zurich American Insurance and we are also bonded for $1,000,000.00 through American Recovery Association (ARA).

All repossessions are completed by employees of USA*American Adjusters; Inc. we do not subcontract any assignments without the approval of the lender. All employees are covered under our Workers Compensation, All Equipment is covered under our Commercial Towing policy and the collateral as well as our client is covered under our Commercial General Liability Policy.

Technology - USA*American Adjusters, Inc. has been a member of Digital Recognition Network (DRN) since 2008. License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology enables us to capture pictures of license plates and combine them with GPS locations. This information is feed into the DRN database and matched against hotlists from other large databases. This is one of our many tools we use to help in the location of collateral.

Training - USA*American Adjusters office staff and field employees are always kept up to date on rules and regulations affecting the repossession industry. We require all field agents to be certified through Recovery Specialist Insurance Group (RSIG) or Certified Asset Recovery Specialist (CARS) certification programs.
